FoEE, our member groups and allies proactively campaigned for support for local cases where social and environmental justice is at risk, with a focus on those where European companies, financial institutions or governments are involved. We worked to enable FoEE member groups to show and act in solidarity and publicised these cases on social and mainstream media to increase their international visibility and to mobilise international public support.

We published a report on TotalEnergies’ human rights failure in their Mozambique LNG Project; we supported FoE Norway in their action against a toxic mining project; we amplified FoE Bulgaria’s struggle to stop a destructive motorway construction and save the Kresna Gorge; we published a solidarity and support statement for peasant struggles for food sovereignty; and we stood in solidarity with environmental & social movements in France and condemning repression against them.
